Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

All users => This article describes the login process for the T-Pro web platform if MFA is enabled.

Updated over a year ago

Multi-factor Authentication is an additional security feature at login. It might be required by your organisation.

NOTE: You need to have set up your profile with a verified mobile number and/or confirmed email address to use MFA. Further information can be found here in the section Mobile number.

  1. Log into https://tpro.io/signin using your credentials.

  2. Another login screen requires you to authenticate yourself.

    • By default, the verification code is sent to your mobile phone number.
    • If you only have set up an email address (and no phone number) the code will
be sent to your email address.

  3. Enter the code you received into the field and SIGN IN.

=> You will enter T-Pro's main workspace.

    • There is also the option Try another way, e.g. use this when the code has been
sent to your mobile but you cannot access it right away. Another code will then
be sent to the other option (to your email address).

If you cannot access your code for some reason you need to contact your administrator.
