How an Admin Can Approve a Task

Manager => This article explains how a manager user can approve a task as an administrator.

As a manager, you have access to approve documents from different authors that are Waiting for Approval. We call this "admin approve".

  1. Select your location.

  2. Login using your manager credentials.

  3. Go to ALL TASKS.

3. Filter for the task you wish to admin approve.

  • Please note that only letters in status Waiting for Approval can be admin approved.

  • If you need to find a particular task you can search for the ID via the search field.

4. Click on the relevant task to open it.

=> We advise to add a note to the letter explaining that you have admin approved the letter.

NOTE: The signature of the author will not be added.

5. Then click APPROVE on the bottom right hand corner.

=> This will move the task from Waiting for Approval to the next stage, e.g. Storing or Complete, depending on the transcription route.
