The T-Pro template editor allows users to use structured fields to import addresses in the form of both block address and inline addresses.

In addition to automatically importing addresses to templates, meta data such as electronic distribution preferences stored in the database are also linked to the addresses.

Below we are offering you a short support video on how to dictate documents and a step-by-step guide:

When in a template you will see the address fields pre-populate based on the subject ID and the template settings.

You can click on these fields to search for other related addresses or add manually.

When searching the address book, you will see other related parties, where the information is stored in T-Pro.

**If you ever notice that the recipient field not present (or that you are unable to click in to edit) then please follow the below steps **

Above the letterhead there's a toolbar with features. On the far right located to the left of the three dots (near characters). Click on the Configure Recipient or Configure List of CC's and you can update/add recipient details from here.
