Preliminary steps
You are using the T-Pro Dictate mobile app on your mobile phone.
You have created/dictated tasks which had to be typed or otherwise processed before your approval.
NOTE: Approval on a mobile device is an additional feature and has to be enabled by an administrator.

Steps to approval
1. Open the T-Pro Dictate mobile app.
2. Move to the APPROVAL tab.

  • Eight tasks are awaiting approval indicated by a red dot and the number.

3. Tip on one of the tasks to open it.

  • The preview screen shows you the processed document.

Approve or Reject the task
The task is good as it is - just click on the Approve icon.

There is a prompt to confirm the action.

  • Your document will be processed further (e.g. posted and archived - the following steps depend on the setup of the transcription route).

If the task has to go back for corrections - just click on the Reject icon.

  • You can send the task back to the previous work step, e.g. for further editing.
