Master or admin user => This article explains how to set up the telephony service for your facility.

Telephony can be used by authors of your organisation for dictation. As a master or admin user you set up a general number which can be used with a personal PIN by the authors.

  1. Move to the SETTINGS tab on facility level.

=> All settings here apply to the selected facility.

2. Scroll down to the Telephony section.

3. Click in the phone number field and select the number you want to use.

4. Enter a name and select a voice type.

5. Click on SAVE to bind this number.

=> The number can then be rung from any landline or mobile phone and the service records the author's dictation.
