Author role => This article describes how to change your default task settings.

As an author you might be working with the mobile application T-Pro Dictate as well as with the T-Pro web application.

In both applications you can change the default settings for your tasks.

Below we are offering you a short training video on the topic or a step-by-step guide:

Mobile application T-Pro Dictate

  1. Open T-Pro Dictate on your mobile device.

  2. Tap on the Settings icon on the main screen (you might need to leave the recorder).

3. Set the default Priority, Group and Document Type here.

=> The new settings will be saved automatically.
=> Each task you dictate will use these settings.

T-Pro web application

  1. Login to with your author credentials.

  2. Click on your profile.

  3. Select EDIT ACCOUNT.

4. As part of your profile data you can change your group and document typ here.

5. Click on UPDATE PROFILE to save your changes.
