Demographic data could have been updated after the creation of a task.
Demographics can include the following:
Recipients
CC’s
Patient Details
Visit Details
If demographic data has been changed you will see a red icon next to the patient data at the top of the task:
Click on the icon to apply the updated data to the task.
Alternatively, you can go to the options menu of the text editor and select REFRESH DEMOGRAPHICS.
