How to use the Patient Lookup

Manager or Master user => This article describes the patient lookup option.

Updated over 4 months ago

Master and Manager users have the option PATIENT LOOKUP in their Profile section.

Click on your user name/avatar in the top right corner.

Select PATIENT LOOKUP from the menu.

Here, you can search for a patient with their Name, Patient ID or DOB.

See the example below for a Manager user searching with the patient's surname.

If you work with a Master account you first need to set the required Facility and the Identifier before searching for a particular patient.

Use the Patient Lookup to

• verify if the patient exists in your database,

• check the demographics, and

• check any visits associated with the patient.

Organisations mainly use it for testing their integration.

Click on the three dots of the relevant entry to open the Option menu.

DEMOGRAPHICS

Use the first option to look up the demographic data of the selected patient.

Scroll down to view all.

Use the PRINT option at the top to print the data.

VISITS

Use the option VISITS to look up the visit history of the selected patient.

To print this information use the PRINT option at the top.
