Install T-Pro Device Controller for the use of a Foot Pedal or external Microphone - Windows

If you have a foot pedal or external microphone connected to your MS Windows PC which you want to use for the T-Pro web application you need to install the T-Pro Device Controller. Please follow the steps below in order for your external device to work correctly.

NOTE: If you have previously downloaded the Web Recorder desktop shortcut and have been redirected from the Web Recorder page, you do not need to download any of the below files but only follow the installation steps.


  1. Download the appropriate installer file for your region:

    By default, it will be saved under Downloads on your computer.

    2. Double-click on the installer file.

3. The installer Setup window opens:


4. Click on Next and follow the installer instructions.

=> We recommend to keep the default options and location for the installation.

5. Click again on Next.

6. Click on Install.

=> You can see the progress of the installation.

6. Click Finish once the install has been completed successfully.

  • You can see the T-Pro Device Controller running in the Windows system tray.

=> You should now be able to use your foot pedal or external microphone with the T-Pro web application.
